O R D E R
The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No. 24 of 2021 on the file of Sub-Court, Arni, to the file of Family Court, Vellore.

Transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience since the wife is a resident of Vellore and is unemployed.
3. The husband though served is not appearing either in person or through his counsel duly instructed.

No doubt it will be more convenient for the wife, if the proceedings are held at Family Court, Vellore, but if the matter is transferred to Family Court at Vellore, the husband, who is admittedly working in Chennai will have to appear for every hearing before the Family Court and certain amount of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
inconvenience would be caused to him. Such inconvenience could be avoided if the OP is transferred to Sub Court where the presence of the parties for every hearing is not necessary.
5. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No. 24 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of Sub-Court at Arni and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Vellore and the same will be disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
