ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.29 of 2020 pending investigation before the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the draft final report is also ready and the same will be filed before the concerned Court within a short time.

3. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the F.I.R. at this stage. There shall be a direction to the first respondent to file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. If ultimately the petitioner is made as an accused and the same is taken cognizance by the concerned Court and summons is issued against the 2/4

petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
