The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the second respondent to settle her terminal benefits forthwith.

2. When the writ petition came up for hearing on 06.01.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, a direction is issued to the respondents to complete the enquiry proceedings.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent on instructions submitted that the enquiry would be completed as expeditiously as possible.

4. The second respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
