O R D E R
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 16.02.2015 seeking issue of patta in respect of the land measuring an extent of 1090 sq.ft., in Survey No.30/8B1 and land measuring an extent of 1330 sq.ft., in Survey No.30/9B1, totally 2420 sq.ft., situated at Anumepalli Agraharam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District
2. According to the petitioner, the above mentioned land was originally assigned in favour of one Krishnappa. Thereafter, the said Krishnappa and his three brothers namely Ramachandran, Kempanna and Venkatesh had entered to a Partition Deed dated 18.07.1997. Pursuant to the said partition, the petitioner purchased the vacant land from one M.Venkatesh and two others and he has been in possession and enjoyment. 2/6
Recently, it came to the knowledge of the petitioner that in the Computer ARegister, the petitioner's name has been deleted and therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 16.02.2015 to the respondents 1, 3 and 4 seeking inclusion of his name in the Computer A-Register based on the documents furnished by him. The said representation has not been considered by the respondents 1, 3 and 4 till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one K.Anbazhagan, who also purchased the land from the above said Krishnappa approached this Court and obtained an order for restoration of revenue records in his name and the said order was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2099 of 2023, dated 09.07.2024. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks the representation of the petitioner may be considered in the light of the judgment passed in W.A.No.2099 of 2023, dated 09.07.2024.
4. Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner 3/6
dated 16.02.2015 will be considered by the 1st respondent on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2015 in the light of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2099 of 2023, dated 09.07.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
