Mr.S.Kamadevan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the suit in O.S.No.109 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Sendurai had been dismissed on 25.11.2022. Hence, nothing remains to adjudicate in this revision.

2. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
