This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the petition to restore W.P.No.19590 of 2015, which was dismissed for default on 24.06.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the opinion that this petition has to be allowed on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Madras High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
