2. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that this petition has been filed to quash the FIR. During pendency of this petition, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.V, Salem and the same has not been taken on file.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
