Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for both respondents is before this Court and learned State counsel is ready to advance arguments but there is no representation for writ petitioner either in physical Court or on VC (video conferencing) platform. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court. Therefore, with the Page Nos.2/4
intention of giving opportunity to writ petitioner and learned counsel for writ petitioner, list this matter again on 26.03.2025 but under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL' .
2. Pursuant to the aforementioned proceedings, captioned matter is listed today under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.
3. The position is no different today. In other words, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents is before us in the physical Court. There is no representation for the writ petitioner either in the physical Court or on the 'VC' ['Videoconferencing'] platform. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a regular/routine/ daily feature in this Court.
