Respondents Prayer : This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.181, Animal Husbandry, Dairing (AH1) Fisheries department dated. 07.11.2007 and quash the same in respect of the condition No.5 in para 4(a) and in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to depute the petitioner for Live Stock Inspector Training Course for the year 2007-2008 along with others at own cost. ORDER

The petitioner prays for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.181, Animal Husbandry, Dairing (AH1) Fisheries department dated. 07.11.2007 and quash the same in respect of the condition No.5 in para 4(a) and in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to depute the petitioner for Live Stock Inspector Training Course for the year 2007-2008 along with others at own cost. 2.The Subject matter pertains to depute the petitioner for Live Stock training which was ordered by this Court in M.P.No.2 of 2008, is as follows:

" Learned Government Advocate takes notice.Following the order passed by this Court in M.P.Nos. 1 and 2 of 2008 in W.P.Nos 15073 & 15074 of 2008, There will be an order of interim direction to the respondents to send the petitioner for Live Stock Inspector training along with the other candidates.

Post this writ petition along with W.P.Nos.15073 & 15074 of 2008."

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this writ petition as he has been sent for training and no further orders is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected M.P's are closed.
