Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondents submits that the Petitioner has handed over the charge of the Waqf to the Superintendent of Waqf, Cuddalore Zone on 04.11.2019 in compliance of the order dated 25.01.2019 in W.P. No. 7646 of 2014 passed by this Court. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw 1/2

the Writ Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
