O R D E R

The case of the petitioner is that the the petitioner's husband was an employer under the 2nd respondent. On 18.12.2016, the petitioner's husband died while in service. After the death of petitioner's husband, petitioner approached the respondent several times seeking her husband's provident amount. Thereafter on 17.05.2016, the petitioner submitted Form 20 before the 1st respondent. However, till date the Form 20 has not been considered. As a result, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that it would be suffice to issue direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the provident fund amount at the earliest.

3. Without expressing any opinion, I am inclined to issue direction to the 1st respondent to consider the Form 20 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

17.05.2016 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
