ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay enhanced compensation of award amount and Additional Market value in respect of the petitioner's property situated at No. 89, Jittandahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, comprised in Survey No. 385/4A1 in an extent of 204 sq.Mtrs acquired for the purpose of widening four lane of National Highways No. 844 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the enhanced compensation has already been awarded.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has just now received the copy of the said award.

4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the award, if he is aggrieved by the award amount. No costs. 24-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order KKN To
