This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13981 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed, but not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13981 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on summons.
