ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose the I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.8 of 2016 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision petition, this Court is inclined to dispose the CRP even without notice to the respondent.

3. The Revision Petitioner filed I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.8 of 2016 before the learned IV Additional District Judge of Coimbatore seeking to set aside the sale deed dated 28.04.2021 bearing Doc.No.7359 of 2021 at SRO Palladam by invoking inherent powers of the Court.

4. The perusal of the docket entry in the petition I.A.No.01 of 2021 in O.S.No.08 of 2016, furnished in the type set of papers reveals that the IA has been kept pending from April 2022 onwards at the stage of filing counter without substantial progress. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the I.A.No.01 of 2021 in O.S.No.8 of 2016 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
