ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2019 with regard to the construction of Sewage Treatment Plant, to an extent of 18 cents, out of total extent of 0.56 cents in the petitioner's lands comprised in survey No.208, TS.No.5-4 at Kovil Padhagai Village, Avadi Taluk, Tiruvallur District within a stipulated period. 2.

However, though the petitioner has sought for direction to dispose of his representation, after period of five years, the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.07.2019 cannot be considered. 3.

Therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation on fresh cause of action before the authority concerned, if so advised. 2/4

Therefore, on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
