This miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as one of the party respondents in the main writ petition.

2. The fifth respondent in the main writ petition, i.e. one Promoth is no more and the petitioner in the present petition is the wife of the said Promoth, therefore, she wants to be impleaded as one of the party respondents in the main writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Prasanna, learned counsel for private respondents [R1 to R5] and Mr.R.Kumaravel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for official respondents [R6 to R9].

4. In view of the aforestated circumstances where the petitioner is the wife of the fifth respondent in the main writ petition, who is no more, the presence of the writ petitioner herein as one of the party respondents in the main writ petition become necessitated, therefore, this petition is ordered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
