Crl.O.P.Nos.22124 & 22125 of 2019 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

By order dated 29.03.2023, this Court had observed that the petitioners, on humanitarian grounds, volunteered to pay a compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- to the third respondent, who is the mother of the victim.

2.Today, in compliance with the said undertaking, the petitioners have handed over a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the 3rd respondent herein.

3.Since the said order dated 29.03.2023 has been complied with, no further orders are necessary in these Criminal Original Petitions.
