The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph number 3 on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9896/2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13116 of 2023 dated 27.07.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
