A.No.4004 of 2022 is filed to amend the name of the fourth defendant in C.S.No.130 of 2015 as S.Sree Jaya Gowri instead of S.Gowri. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has no objection for this change in name by way of amendment.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and satisfied with the reasons, this application is allowed. Fourth defendant name is ordered to be amended as S.Sree Jaya Gowri instead of S.Gowri. 4.The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps to amend the plaint and file amended plaint in two weeks time. 5.Post the matter after two weeks.
