A.No.4162 of 2022 is filed to amend the name of the third defendant in T.O.S.No.5 of 2022 as S.Sree Jaya Gowri, instead of S.Gowri in the cause title and statement of address column in T.O.S.No.5 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection for allowing this amendment application.

3.It appears that the name of S.Sree Jaya Gowri was wrongly demarked in the plaint as S.Gowri. Now this mistake is sought to be corrected by way of amendment.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and satisfied with the reason, this application is allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to take steps to amend the original plaint and file amended plaint.

5.Post the matter on 14.10.2022.
