This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the restoration petition to restore the Criminal Revision case in Crl.R.C.No.314 of 2023 which was dismissed for default by this Court on 19.06.2023.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.G.V.Sridharan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.
