O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to issue a non-traceable certificate through the 2nd respondent in respect of lost original documents on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.06.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the authorized person of the "M/s.Tourist Resorts Private Limited". He had lost the original documents related to the aforesaid Company. Hence, he preferred a complaint on 11.06.2019 before the respondents. The missing documents could not be traced out till date. Hence the present petition has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filed by the petitioner to issue a non-traceable certificate.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with a above direction.
