Application No.4085 of 2022 has been filed to correct the name of the 4th respondent from Miss.Sabhana Shreya to Miss.Shadana Dhreya.

2. It is only appropriate that the name is correctly given, since it has also to be reflected in the documents, pursuant to the direction of this Court. This petition stands allowed.

3.Registry to carry out necessary amendment with respect to the name of the 4th respondent from Sabhana Shreya to Shadana Dhreya. 4.Application No.4084 of 2022 has been filed to implead the second son of the first respondent. The first son has been shown as the second respondent.

5.It is only appropriate that his brother is also impleaded as party to the original petition.

6.In view of the above reason, this petition is allowed. 7.Registry to implead Mr.Gladson as the 5th respondent in the original petition.

8.Amended copies of the petition to be filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and copies to be served on the counsel for the respondent.

9.After the amendments are carried out, the parties are relegated to the trial process. Post the matter before Master on 30.09.2022 for carrying on further proceedings.
