This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23.01.2025 made in W.P.No.34090 of 2024. 2.This Court vide order dated 23.01.2025 made in W.P.No.34090 of 2024 directed the fifth respondent therein/School to forward the proposals to the respondents 1 to 4 within a timeframe to enable the respondents to process the same and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as per prevailing rules and regulations 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that whatever proposal forwarded by the School was sanctioned by the respondents and hence, the order dated 23.01.2025 made in W.P.No.34090 of 2024 was complied with. 4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. 02.01.2026 pri Index: Yes/ No Speaking Order: Yes/ No NCC: Yes/ No 2/3
