ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 09.09.2018 based on the order Dated 18.06.2019 in Crl.MP.No.3245 of 2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram at the earliest point of time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.552 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

3.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
