ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 25.02.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5190 of 2025, thereby directed the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2024 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2024 and filed final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Alandur, on 25.07.2025 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
