This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is required for the enquiry since he is history sheeter in H.S.No.319 of 2018.

4. In view of the above, the question of 'not to harass' cannot be entertained and the respondent Police shall call the petitioner for enquiry as and when required.
