Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari Calling for the records pertaining to the order of the 1st respondent dt. 07.05.2013 made in RP No.56/11/D2, confirming the order dated 20.10.2009 in RC No.2786/06/1A1 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, ultravires with without jurisdiction. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the appointment of fit person made by the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, dated 07.05.2013.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner approached the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department under Section 63 of the HR & CE, Act for framing issues and the petitioner is ready to agitate his case before the Joint Commissioner.
4. Recording the submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
