ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the second respondent to issue patta bearing S.No.919/C, extent 4500 sq.ft., situated at No.17/5, Minnagar, Rayakotta Road, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and consider the petitioner's 1/3

representation dated 19.07.2022.

2. This Court by order dated 13.09.2022, directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to get instructions with regard to the grant of patta in consonance to the petitioner's representations dated 19.07.2022, if it is otherwise in order on the next hearing date.

3. Accordingly, this case is listed today under the caption, "for issuance of patta". When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.202 is rejected.
