This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.10.2021 in W.P.No.22970 of 2021.

2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent has filed a copy of the order dated 31.08.2023 bearing reference e/f/vz;:28000/2021/j1 issued by the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, Erode, who is the 2nd respondent in W.P.No.22970 of 2021 and submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.10.2021 in W.P.No.22970 of 2021 has been complied with. 3.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
