ORDER

The petitioner is challenging the order dated 11.03.2026 passed by the fourth respondent and seeking to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to grant waiver on the damages levied against the petitionerCompany. According to the petitioner, the impugned order has caused grave financial hardship and adversely affected its business operations and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to pay the outstanding amount in instalments commencing from August 2026. But the learned counsel for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 objected for such payment in instalments.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition

is ordered, on condition that the petitioner-Company shall pay the outstanding amount due in 12 equated monthly instalments commencing from August 2026 to any one of the respondents 1, 3 and 4. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 29-06-2026 cs To
