Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relevant to the order in Na.Ka.No.115/OPST 2013 dated 15.09.2013 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper and natural justice and thereby direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner's political party for using the Sound Service and Speakers and also to grant permission to conduct Continuous Shouting Protest (Thodar Muzhakka Porattam) to be held on 11.10.2013 at about 10.00 a.m. To 2.00 p.m in front of the Tahsildar Office, Omalur Taluk, Salem District. O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the fourth respondent denying permission to the petitioner to conduct Dharna before the office of the Tahsildar, Omalur on 15.09.2013.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In the light of the above facts, this writ petition is dismissed as Infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
