ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner is a senior citizen and has moved the 2nd respondent to initiate action under the Maintenance and Welfare or Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and submits that it is pending before the R.D.O. since 21.11.2022.

3.Mr.M.Bindran, the learned Government Pleader has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

4.The 2nd respondent is now directed to initiate an enquiry on the representation / complaint of the petitioner dated 21.11.2022 after hearing all those who are likely to be affected by his decision and dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order.
