Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the First Respondent in Na.Ka. No. 520/A2/2023 dated 20.06.2023, quash the same and consequently direct the First Respondent to pass an order 1/4

cancelling Settlement deeds namely Doc.No. 3613/2017 dated 10.10.2017 and 3653/2023 dated 15.07.2013 and further enhance the maintenance payable to the Petitioner to an amount to Rs.10,000/Month and also direct the Second Respondent to recover the arrears of maintenance payable to the Petitioner.
