This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15134 of 2024 dated 02.07.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the other conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.138 of 2024 before the Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order copy.
