The petitioner filed this petition seeking a writ of Certiorari to call for the records in C.No.PR/P.R.II/2007 CPO.311/2007, dated Nil.04.2007 on the file of the respondent herein and quash the same.

2. The writ petitioner has challenged the suspension order issued against him in the year 2007 and while admitting the writ petition, this court had granted interim relief to the petitioner and subsequently, the same was made absolute in the year 2007 itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4.The order impugned was passed in the year 2007 and now after the lapse of 11 years, I do not find anything survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, dismissal of this writ petition will no way prejudice the petitioner from raising the remedy with regard to the charge memo issued by the respondent in accordance with law.
