O R D E R
One of the main grounds raised by the petitioner to transfer of investigation is that, though the FIR was registered in the year 2016, there is no effective progress in the investigation.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that the dying declaration is recorded and the investigation is
in progress.
3.In my view, instead of ordering the transfer of investigation, if the time is stipulated for completion of the investigation, the ends of justice could be secured. In the light of the above observation, there shall be direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.41 of 2016 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
