A.Nos.4171, 4172, 4173 and 4174 of 2022 in C.S.No.324 of 2012 N.SESHASAYEE.J., A.No.4171 of 2022 has been filed to discharge the 1st applicant / 5th defendant from the guardianship of the 14th defendant viz., minor Radha (now major) in the above suit.

2.A.No.4172 of 2022 has been filed to discharge the 1st applicant / 14th defendant as major and permit her to proceed as 14th defendant in individual capacity the above suit.

3.A.No.4173 of 2022 has been filed to discharge the 2nd applicant / 15th defendant as major and permit her to proceed as 15th defendant in individual capacity in the above suit.

4.A.No.4174 of 2022 has been filed to discharge the 1st applicant / 5th defendant from the guardianship of the 15th defendant viz., minor R.Raghavendhar (now major) in the above suit.
