The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the respondent/husband in H.M.O.P.No.361 of 2021 from the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Subordinate Court, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District.

2. The perusal of the records discloses that both the Courts are within the judicial district of Coimbatore. This Court is not inclined to entertain transfer petition seeking intra district transfer, when petitioner has remedy before the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to approach the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore with proper application for transfer.

3. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 19.10.2022 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No dm To 1.The II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore.
