Crl.O.P.No.21840 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.J Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a case in Crime No. 19 of 2022 has been registered for the offence under Sections 498-A, 394 and 506(1) of IPC.

2. In view of the submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to Withdraw the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with Crime Number.
