Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandumus, directing the respondents to survey the land and fixing the boundaries as per the petitioner's sale deed Document No.5175/2021 dated 01.07.2021 and grant individual patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land to an extent 17.04 acre in S.F.Nos.528/2, 532/3, 529/7, 529/7A, 529/7B, 529/7C, 597, 495, 520/10E situated at Govindapuram Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 31.08.2021 and 07.09.2021. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandumus, directing the respondents to survey the land and fix the boundaries as per the petitioner's sale deed Document No.5175/2021 dated 01.07.2021 and grant individual patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land to an extent 17.04 acre in S.F.Nos.528/2, 532/3, 529/7, 529/7A, 529/7B, 529/7C, 597, 495, 520/10E situated at Govindapuram Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 31.08.2021 and 07.09.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.D.Raghu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the property comprised in S.F.Nos.528/2, 532/3, 529/7, 529/7A, 529/7B, 529/7C, 597, 495, 520/10E, to an extent of 17.04 acres situated at Govindapuram Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District, by a registered sale deed dated 01.07.2021 vide Document No. 5175 of 2021. The petitioner submitted representations dated 31.08.2021 and 01.07.2021 to survey the land and fix the boundaries in respect of the subject property before the respondents.

Considering the above, the respondents are directed to pass order to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.F.Nos.528/2, 532/3, 529/7, 529/7A, 529/7B, 529/7C, 597, 495, 520/10E, to an extent of 17.04 acre as per sale deed dated 01.07.2021 registered vide document No.5175 of 2021 at Govindapuram Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fee.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
