Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.18809 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEVENDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18809 of 2021 on 07.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
