This Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.No.8688 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12620 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court had granted extension for a period of two weeks, however, the petitioner was unable to surrender since he met with an accident and thereby, the earlier order got lapsed. Hence, he seeks for further extension of time.

3. Having satisfied with the reason stated by the learned counsel, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.

Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
