Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue the energy audit report of third respondent prepared on his inspection dated 10.08.2016 at the premises "AVM G- Theatre situated at No.7, Arcot Road, Vadapalani, Chennai - 600 026, within a stipulated time.

The writ petition was filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue the energy audit report of third respondent prepared on his inspection dated 10.08.2016 at the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

premises "AVM G- Theatre situated at No.7, Arcot Road, Vadapalani, Chennai - 600 026, within a stipulated time.

When the matter is called today, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that the energy audit report has already been served on the petitioner.

Since the report, as sought by the petitioner, has been issued to the petitioner, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
