ORDER

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition has been complied with, thereby the petitioner was sanctioned revised pensionary benefits by the Principal Accountant General vide, his letter dated 18.11.2024. In support of his contention, he filed a compliance affidavit to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner 2/4

has also not raised any serious dispute with regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the 1st respondent.
