O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the respondent police has not complied with the earlier order of this Court vide order dated 25.01.2023 in Crl.OP.No.1498 of 2023.

2. The matter pertaining to issuance of non traceable certificate, the documents mentioned. This Court vide order dated 25.01.2023, directed the respondent police to receive the representation and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks. Alleging that, the said representation was not disposed of, the present contempt petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that certain documents were required for the enquiry sought for from the petitioner which is not yet been furnished for proceeding with the enquiry. He further submits that the petitioners particularly has to furnish the legalheir certificate from the property owner, since the title holder who is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner herein. 2/4

4. Since the enquiry commenced for production of document from the petitioner, there is a delay. This Court finds that it is not a wilful contempt or disobedience on the part of the respondent. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner herein shall produce the necessary document sought for and co-operate with the enquiry. Vv 21.11.2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.
