ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that R.L.T.O.P.No.518 of 2024 has been disposed of on 09.09.2025. He would further submit that liberty may be granted to file R.L.T.A. against the order impugned in this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 2.

In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file R.L.T.A. against the order impugned in this petition. The Registry is directed to return the original impugned order filed along with this petition to the petitioner 2/4

forthwith.
