Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the possession notice issued by the respondent NBFC dated 13.07.2022 and quash the same.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The possession notice under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is assailed.

2. The notice under Section 13(4) is of the year 2022.

3. None appears for the petitioner. Almost a year has lapsed after filing of the writ petition. No purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. Even otherwise, the petitioner has alternative remedy available.

4. In the light of that, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.25406 and 25408 of 2022 are also dismissed.
