(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent had made a huge construction without any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

authorisation on the Government poramboke land, of which photographs have been filed to show almost a five-storied structure. The petitioner made a representation to the District Collector / the first respondent and the Public Works Department / the third respondent, but to no effect.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader states that the concerned authority in this case would be the Tahsildar of the area / the second respondent. Be that as it may, when the representation was addressed to the District Collector, that ought to have been marked to the concerned authority. 3.We, thus, direct the second respondent / Tahsildar, to carry out an inspection of the area to find out the truth about the allegations and if construction and violation is found, to take action in accordance with law, after notice to all concerned. The inspection be carried out within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the order and the action be concluded within a period of two (2) months thereafter, if any illegality is found.
