This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Since the respondents 1 and 2 remained absent before the Tribunal and were set exparte, issuance of notice to the respondents 1 and 2 is dispensed with.

3. Ms.I.Malar, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd Respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 7 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
